~ Reservations
To confirm, a deposit of 50 % of the Total will confirm your reservation. Visa, MasterCard accepted.

~ Minimum Stay
Two night minimum on weekends.
Three nights on holidays. Homes and cottages are rented by the week during the summer.

~ Cancellations
We return 1/2 of your down payment of the above plan if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date. The
remainder will be applied to your future visit within the year.

Date changes and cancellations of confirmed reservations incur an administration charge of $ 25.00.

~ Breakfast
Served in the suites only at the time of your choice.

~ Check-in time
4:00 to 8:00 Eastern Time. If you cannot arrive between these hours, please give us as much advance notice as possible so that
we can accommodate you.

~ Check-out time
12:00 NOON Eastern time. Late
departure must be prearranged.
